| To become a Dexter Safety Scout, you must take the following oath: |
| I, (say your name), promise to follow Dexter’s Basic Safety Rules everyday to keep me safe and happy! |
| With permission from your parent or guardian, you can join the Dexter Safety Dragon Fan Club and receive your official Dexter Safety Scout membership card. |
